Lake In The Hills, IL

I'm new to this site and newly diagnosed. I'm struggling to deal with the constant fatigue. I was also diagnosed with fibromyalgia & anemia. I'm following all the doctors instructions, changed diet, taking new meds, vitamins, swimming/exercising, etc. I work full time and am really struggling to get out of bed to go to work. Also, just want to lay down at my desk in the middle of the day. Thanks?

Welcome, my advice is my new mantra:
Make sure you are eating healthy, fresh fruits and vegetables. Protein, chicken, fish, and drink lots of water. Rest when you can. We all know that the fatigue is the worst. I thought I was going to die.πŸ˜’πŸ’
