I have raynaunds as well toes turn cold & a little purple it’s a lap over disease from sjogrens what I found really helpful never ever had a fungus in entire life until a few years ago after sjogrens diagnosed I soaked in a foot bath”” apple cider vinegar and baking soda” in warm water for like 15 minutes at nite then washed them off put compression socks on to sleep sometimes even during day the treatment worked . It’s old fashion but it was gone within a month also they hv a beta blocker that can help with circulation low dose doc said opens up arteries and veins in hands and feet just make sure with winter coming u do extra socks at all times don’t let them get cold & try the apple cider vinegar & baking soda soft hugs 🌈🌈
