Yes for sure chest pains r something to look into iron pill wouldn’t cause ur chest to hurt but the dizziness, nausea , could be from low iron or even low sodium I had that once make sure hydrated it’s real important try the electrolyte water propel has flavored water with electrolytes but chest pains unless ur feeling like pneumonia / Pleusey wouldnt cause chest to hurt it would prob cause lung pains / pressure any which way chest see doctor hon let us know prays 🦋🙃🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️
