Has anyone done Rituxan infusions and then had their ANA come back negative?

Rituxan aka rituximab is a biologic treatment. Unlike chemotherapies, biologics are grown in living cells and harvested. Biologics are precision medicine, targeting very specific targets while sparing damage, for the most part, in other parts of the body. Rituxan suppressed the immune system. Anti nuclear antibodies are antibodies we lupus folks make against the nuclear materials from our cells that have died a natural death as all cells do. Normal people do not make these. If you suppress the immune system with rituxan, then you will make little or no antinuclear antibodies aka ANA.
