Does Anyone Have Very Sensitive Itching Skin With No Rash?

My lupus started out with a severe itching rash literally from head to toe. I no longer have the rash but my skin is so sensitive and itching 50% of the time. I have trouble finding something that I can sleep in that doesn't irritate my skin. I have found that 100% cotton is about the only thing I can tolerate. Just wondered if anybody else had similar symptoms / problem.

Yes, I have itchy skin with or without the rash. A cold wash cloth or ice (if you can tolerate that) helps me as well as drinking ginger tea. I use Cerave cream exclusively on my skin. Not certain how much it helps but it's a mild, non-irritating cream. I hope it resolves for you.

Itch skin is fairly common. I found that the only thing that really worked for me is a lotion that

contains Tea Tree Oil.
