Hope everyone is doing well. My question is does anyone have itchy skin, not particularly related to having a rash? My skin it’s a lot in different areas, mainly my legs during the winter. I itch so bad sometimes I can't stand it. It's not dry skin or a rash. I have tried every thing you have. Cortisone dosent work for me. I use ice packs, that sometimes helps. I have also taken benadryl but it doesn't always help.

Try to use cream with no perfume, fragrance free. I use the cream CeraVe it expensive but works really good. My dermatologist told me to use it.

The itching can really be difficult a times. Like you, especially in winter and after shower or bath. I have used some Cortisone 10 cream over the counter...it helps a wee bit. I have started turning the shower to quite cool just before I get out, and it has helped a little.
