I keep trying also. Especially when I'm driving, I find myself curling forward. I try to make myself keep the back of my head touching the head rest.

I am extremely heat/cold sensitive and cover up even in the summer, especially if the a/c is blowing full blast. I try to keep my joints covered. If they get cold, I can't can' t get them warmed up and they become so painful I can't use them.

With my phone, I try to use speakerphone or bluetooth as much as possible. When using my tablet, I use a small lap desk supported by pillows while sitting up, then I alternate with reclining to keep my tablet at eye level. I am having procedures to aleviate neck pain frequently, in fact , facet blocks on my neck on Monday.
