Yes I get tingling, numbness, and spams at time in my hands and feet. I don't know if it is the lupus, peripheral neuropathy, or side effects of one of my meds. It is annoying when it happens

Reynauds disease is very common for individuals who have lupus (speaking from experience). Don’t ignore your symptoms because over time, if you do not keep your hands and feet warm consistently, you’re at a higher risk of complications leading to loss of fingers and/or toes 😖 It’s definitely a burden but with any autoimmune disease, lifestyle changes are key.

Try a warm water therapy pool mainly in the winter months.
Unfortunately in the summer months for me heat and humidity makes my tingling bad too.
I have it all the time. It’s neuropathy and Raynaud’s disease that goes with lupus for me.
I also have fibromyalgia.

When my hands get cold, my fingers get numb. No tingling but they are definitely numb. I usually put them under warm water until the feeling returns 🧡💛💚

When I push a shopping cart in the grocery store, sometimes I have a finger or two that are cold and numb on the tips. It goes away after a while.
