Hey Sweetie,I just had hip replacement surgery in December and will have my 8th knee on 4/8,revising my into a total like the rt knee. I said all that too say,I had blisters from the bandage,I guess mr lupus didn't like. I pray for healing and Gods protection over you, hugs & blessings๐๐
I've had two knee replacements and never had that issue. I hope the hospital you are in, has sterile practices. It could be the hospital's fault with you having this skin condition. Saying Prayers for a speedy recovery. ๐๐ป๐
I have skin issues with lesions due to lupus Sometimes they blister and peel I know it is very painful and am sorry you are dealing with it along with your surgery. My Dr gave me Ketoconazole cream 2% it helped let your medical provider know so he can prescribe you something Hope you feel better soon!
@A MyLupusTeam Member Is sounds like it could be a staph infection like the other person said.
I have never seen before but I would think this a Staph Infection. Has he ever had MRSA.
