The heat just drains me. Even if I’m not in the sun.

I think i am. Its like i overheat a lot. And when hot and humid, my body blows up like a balloon. Diet (no salt) and regular exercise really help to stabilize the symptoms.

Yes, I also have heat intolerance. It's really hard in the summer. I get dehydrated really fast if I'm outside for more than 30 minutes, depending on how hot it is, even in the shade. I noticed that I don't sweat much though. Do you sweat in the heat? I have not found a real solution. :( I try to stay hydrated with water or Gatorade, wearing losing clothing, and thin socks... Today my outdoor thermometer read 98°F .Because I can't handle the heat, I keep the a/c in my house from 64 to 68°F.
It's something I have been wanting to ask my doctor about.
