I have pain on top of my feet. I use creams for pain there it helps for a while. Really good arch support in my shoes is the most useful. I do not walk around barefoot anymore. That is when it gets really bad. Ice is now my friend, use bendable ice packs to reduce inflammation

Sometimes I do, and when I do get the foot pain or hand pain, the flare up is normally right behind the pain, just waiting to bust a move on me. Hope its not going to happen to any of us this weekend. We all need a break from this crap. And have the right to not experience anything like that or even worse this weekend. #Weneedabreak#Haveagreatday#loveyouwarriors.!!! Take care and Paula, thank you. Excellent share you shared. Caio everyone. xxoxo

I have ankle pain at times. My foot pain never goes away. My feet feels like hundreds of hot needles pricking all the time and does not let up. They burn like fire. Terrible pain. I can't wear shoes. Do any of you have this? Is so, what do you do to help? Thanks! Sue
