For foot inflammation, I find immersing my feet in cold water extremely helpful, as cold reduces inflammation. Please give it a try, if you haven't!
Yes, always. If you have neuropathy, I found a cream by Magnalife that brings quick (temporary) relief.
@A MyLupusTeam Member Please let me know if the cream helps you. It can be found at Walmart and Amazon.💜

Until I saw your post I didn't know that Plaquenil could also be helping to lessen my pain from neuropathy. My rheumatologist, who I've started calling my Lupus Dr., started me on Plaquenil for my Lupus symptoms a few years ago when I was first diagnosed.
I'm wondering if the pain meds are no longer helping as much because of the amount of time I've been on them.
ANY HELP APPRECIATED ❣️
I was diagnosed with neuropathy @ 20 years ago.The shots in my ankles, both sides, were worse than the neuropathy. My feet now looks like the blood is settling in them. If I stand for awhile it feels like ants are stinging me and the bottom of my legs can't be touched, it feels like I'm being cut with a razor blade. I don't know if my SLE caused this. I'm glad to hear there's a cream that may help.. I'll definitely give the Magnalife a try.Kelli8, I hope you find something that works for you.
