My 15 year old daughter is newly dx. Question...she keeps complaining of dry mouth and is constantly drinking water to no avail. Is this lupus related?

She might have Sjogren's, it's autoimmune related. Wishing you both the best.

Dry mouth happens all the time. I also use a mouthwash called Biotene for dry mouth.πŸ™πŸ’™β˜ΊοΈπŸ‘ŒπŸ’ͺπŸ’™

It happens to me when I flare because I have kidney involvement so I have cut out sodium but I would watch out thirst/dry mouth is a symptom of diabetes or sjogren's
