Definitely a lupus symptom My rheum says the tongue sores and mouth blisters are part of lupus. Mine occur during a flare when my white cell counts and complement levels are low. Rheum just told me to rinse with Biotene mouthwash.

Yes. Your doctor or Dentist can write you up a prescription for Duke’s Magic mouthwash. There are several formulas for it. And they can even put a numbing med in there. It helps.

Yes during a flare. Inside lips outside lips tongue area plus entire mouth is sensitive to food and drink. My doctor gives me something that the pharmacist mixes called Magic Mouthwash.

It’s amazing how quickly it works. It’s a simple formula. I know it has liquid Benadryl but can’t remember the other ingredient.

It seems like all the time! I usually get them when I’m fatigued because I worked crazy schedule. They last about a week. I use a particular brand of essential oils which are really helpful, including clove EO diluted with olive oil. The clove numbs the sore.
