I also do that and I went to the Dermatologist because I have sores that came up inside my mouth. Ulcer like sores and if you notice there will be small bumps on your skin that itch and they are so small you can barely see them. My Dermatologist called it Dermatitis anyway because of the sores in my mouth I went to ENT doctor who diagnosed me with Lichen Planus which you can have on your skin and in your mouth. Your Rheumatologist can prescribe a cream for your skin if you have any sores in your mouth no matter how small see an ENT that is Autoimmune Disease which since I have had RA and LUPUS seems like I get different Autoimmune problems. Hope this helps I know I went from Doctor to Doctor and have a Dermatologists do skin scrapings and have it checked.
