I’m still a bit iffy on what a flare up consists of. Are there not some symptoms that just hang around forever? Is any type of lupus related activity considered a flare up? Or is it just the extreme symptoms? I’m sorry I just have a lot of questions 😬
Great question and flares are different for all of us. Yes those pesky symptoms that hang on forever are irritating. You can tell if your body feels "off". Does not have to be extreme symptoms. It can be anywhere from rash to fatigue (and you know that fatigue) to fevers… It's always so hard to tell especially during seasons changing, allergies.etc. Your doctor might be able to help if you feel like your symptoms are worsening. Not sure if this helps.
Flares are all my pains times millions. I do have aches and pains daily. I just accept my normal and go about my day.
OMG I thought I was the only one! Almost ammonia like to me.
Your comment is beyond helpful to me. Thanks
I have to-mid lupus. It a rare form of lupus, and the sum is my worst enemy. Flares are,( low energy, hair loss, joint pain, sleepiness and red sores on face and ears.
For me its fatigue, muscle and joint pain and mouth and nose ulcers. Plaqunil has erased the ulcers about 98%. The muscle and joint pain have been harder to resolve.
