Steroids And Lupus

Please let me know whether you used Prednisone and are now using something non steroidal for the pain. Does CBD oil help.
Thank you

my doctor took me off the prednisone because of side affects and had me order a supplement on Amazon with Tumeric in it that is all natural, It is called Thorne, it helps me a lot!

Yes, I am on prednisone. My arms get bruised very easily. I actually ate 2 gummy bears and they relaxed me so much. A friend sent them to me. No. Carolina has not legalized it.

Predinsone is on it's own level. It is the quickest best anti-inflammatory medicine out there. It has helped me with so many lupus complications over the years, however it does come at a cost. Short term-I experienced heart palpitations, mood swings, blood sugar crashes. Long term it can give you diabetes, osteoperosis, etc. I have been on and off it for years at different doses. I have not found anything to be able to replace prednisone or work as well. Nothing else works that quickly and consistently in my opinion.
