Yes. My spasms happen if I lie flat on my back. I arch up and off the bed even in a very deep sleep. This started about 5 yrs ago before I was dxd with Lupus. Now I believe it is 100% related. Now I can only sleep at an inclined position or have spasms all night long.

Happy Monday friend! Just thought I would share this as it broke my ❤. I went to the store yesterday and was in the check out line. Looked behind me to see a small about a 3 year old boy that had his whole face burned very badly. He was so happy and playing and smiled at me. When I got to my truck and seat down I cryed like a baby!!! I promised myself that I will never let this get me down ever again......I know lupus isn't good, but I can and will deal with it. I'm sorry about my spelling sometimes wasn't my best subject, but you get the point. Love your life the one that GOD gave you!! Hope everyone has a great day, head up.

I have myoclonus and RLS. My family calls it Spazz hands instead of jazz hands. But it’s any muscle in my body. I knock things over all the time. I jerk in bed even y I’m asleep. My hands will crawl, like doing a crab walk. I even get a clicking in my ears from the small muscles in there spamming. My Neurologist prescribes Klonopin for it. It helps, but I can only take at night.

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve knocked over my drink and it spills right into my purse. Annoying.

Have you tried to get a grant for your meds?

Thank you so much for this . I fell like giving up every day. I don't take any medication at all. I did in the beginning but DSS cut my Medicaid out and I can't afford the medicine. I'm having a flare up now and the last time I did I lost my kidney. I'm just so ready to get to feeling better. I hate hurting and not being able to do the things I LOVE. I got 4 kids and it hurts me cause I can't do more with them. Summer time is bad cause the heat wipes me out and winter time I stay sick.
