How do you get. back into a workout routine after being diagnosed? I was dx 7 months ago, and want to lose some weight.
I just started back this week and the recovery time from exercising to me has been terrible. I usually am already fatigued but since working out a feel like it is twice as bad and that i could literally fall asleep anywhere but everyone is different maybe start out with light cardio
Take it easy.my second kid just turned one and i have lost about 35 lbs this year just from yoga and light cardio
Be kind to your joints!
Doing to much during a work out can make me have a flare up,good luck!
