I get bleeding scabs on my scalp

I have all in my scalp right now and a flare i couldn't get in to a dermatologist because of the virus so my dr has been calling everything in over a phone i have every kind of perscription nothing had worked so painful so finally got a urgent the nurse practitioner said it's either plaque psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis she said they so closely alike she couldn't tell so now im trying to call in elsewhere no one wants you to teally come in but they have to see it all the over the phone perscription hurt .....oh my what to do next !!!!!
