Potassium really helps with muscles due to my lupus I have a vitamin deficiency in magnesium potassium and vitamin D and iron so I was saying that you should get your levels checked and that would help you greatly for potatoes and bananas for potatoes have ten times more potassium than bananas

I take Vitamin C 500 mg, B12/500mcg , D3 10,000, daily Women’s vitamin, 50 billion probiotic, and a hair and nail vitamin/ bioten. I also take golden seal root extract liquid. It’s a lot of vitamins but they help my hair from falling out, energy level, muscle pain, and stomach problems.
