My hands and feet get ice cold all day long everyday. When they rarley get warm i’ll usually get a hot flash and my hands will tingle and ache. I’ve heard about raynauds but my hands don’t really turn color. I used to think this was just normal but now im not too sure since my mom brought it up, any advice?
Get you some hand warmers and feet warmers.

Yes I agree. I run my feet under warm water until I get feeling in them and put on warm fluffy socks. I also love my arthritis gloves.
I have Raynaud's and get cold hands and feet I even wear socks or footy's to sleep in . I have Arthritis gloves which help with the pain. i bought mine on line. but you can find them anywhere. Walmart. Target. rtc.
Yes i have the same issues and i too have a blanket warmer and always wear a sweater and fuzzy warm socks.
