I take a probiotic by LoveBug called Yeast Is A Beast (10 Billion), but any probiotic should do as long as it has at least 5 Billion I would think. Yogurt and Kombucha also contain probiotics to fend off yeast and bad bacteria. Also try to limit the amount of sugar you eat because yeast thrives on sugar. Less sugar means less food for yeast. Coconut Oil also is very helpful in killing yeast as well as Oil of Oregano. They sell these in capsules, but you can use them in your food too. Drinking Pau D'Arco tea by Traditional Medicinals is another way to fend off yeast. I actually take all of these things since I'm extremely prone to yeast infections and haven't had a problem for over a year now.

Queen V The Eraser is a very small no applicators needed suppository-can be used as many times as needed until symptoms relieved and Azo Yeast will help symptoms and is also preventative until you get things under control-is also helpful if you feel one coming on. Both items found at most WalMart, Target, Drugstores.
