I have leg cramps at night on both of my legs. Sometimes only one leg. I always drink lots of water and stretches. Anyone have the same problem? Thank you again

I use a cream called diclofenac and lidocaine. I put diclofenac cream first than the lidocaine on top

Yes. I have calf muscle strain and it limits my walking. Very painful.

PS when i had those horrid Charley horse craps that feel like you're dying in pain, i started doing dorsiflexion exercises of my calves. Do not hold the stretch too hard or it'll make it worse. Do it gently every night.

When I do low carb diet i have worse leg cramps. The smart water with electrolytes help and this mix of vits/minerals/electrolytes called Zipp Fizz sold at Sam's club and other places helps.
Make sure you take a multivitamin. Might need a magnesium supplement to take at night. Have vit D and electrolytes checked at dr visit. Hope it helps.

I was having the problem recently and started taking extra potassium pills and when cramps happen I use Theraworx . You can get at any store.
