I was given folic acid to help with them. I also use oral B mouthwash because some can be painful. Please let me know what you find out diet wiser

Do you just take folic acid vitamins? Mine are very painful and sometimes get broken open and raw, then infected. Going to ask another doctor about diet and treatment. Will let you know if I get some info.
