I recently went to a wellness clinic. The diet suggested was vegetarian. Absolutely no meats, cheeses, dairy etc. All protein and calcium came from beans, nuts and vegetables. Is an extreme diet like this necessary for good health. Are chicken and fish (and occasionally cheese) detrimental to my health?. Thank you

I think the first step should be to eliminate processed food.

I do think some dietary changes can really make a difference. So I suggest doing it in a way that works for you

Juicing helps to get nutrients that we need. I juice and try to eat better

I have heard you should not cut out meat. That sounds very extreme to me. Because I’ve heard doing the all near diet does wonders also.

It’s a hard pull to swallow. My struggle is my friends keep trying to feed me food I cannot eat :-(
