YES! I have had a constant yeast infection since 2013! I have Lupus, Sjogren’s and Fibromyalgia. I thought the yeast infection was because of my hysterectomy. It partially was but also because of Lupus & Sjogren’s. It has been so bad, it has broken down my skin on my legs and in the folds. My GYN sent me to a dermatologist. I take fluconazol twice a week and have for many years. I use a cream on my skin twice daily and have used it since about 2017. Using these two together keeps the yeast fairly calm but when i have a flare, things go amiss! One other thing I have tried is changing my shower soap. There are some really good ones. If you don’t have time to check them out, i started with baby shampoo/body wash.

I have Interstitial cystitis, or painful bladder syndrome. Sometimes it’ll feel like I’m getting a UTI or a yeast infection when really I just have inflammation thag isn’t caused by a bacteria infection. I also have sjogrens and suffer from dryness that makes me feel irritated and off in thag area. I take Phenazopyridine HCL when I start to feel funky, it’s an over the counter medicine for urinary tract irritation. But it will turn your pee bright orange!
