I also have that all the time!! Voltaren cream (otc) helps when I remember it exists lol.

Not only the cream but i find it helpful to put what ever cream helps on your hands, then put on full arthritis gloves to keep the heat in on your hands💜 I'm not so sure about feet except rub cream on feet & then wear thicker cotton socks. I sometimes just put good old vicks on my feet & cotton socks overnight. I know it sounds alittle crazy but if the vicks doesn't help the pain & it will soften your feet & kill any fungus that's for sure, lol. A foot dr taught me this trick about vicks😊

yes, from time to time I have pain in hands, wrist, fingers, ankles, knees etc. It is each time at a different spot. If I am lucky then the pain is mild, but if not, it is very painful and I can not move this body part at all. What helps for me is heat. I use my hot water bottle.
And I also figured out that some food like dairy, deep fried and sugar trigger the pain.
