I have been buying UPF 50+ clothing from Coolibar. This items hold up for years and really do protect me from sunlight. I also use Oil of Olay sun lotion on my face.

I put it on my face at home everyday that it is sunny out especially during the months from April to September that is when it is sunniest in Central New York. I wear the long sleeve Coolibar clothing and just put sunscreen on exposed hands and legs. Hope you like the clothes. I was just looking at the catalog over the weekend.

I dress from head to toe in UV protective clothing and sunscreen.
My mornings start early before the sun fully rises and I take breaks in the shade.

Totally agree with Columbia sportsware.
I wear these shirts all day at home and out in the sun.
I am tough on my clothes gardening and biking. But also like to be stylish when going out for lunch or shopping.
These shirts are the best!
Even though a little more expensive, they are tough and clean up easy.

I have found breathable lacy yoga pants to be most comfortable to wear in the heat.

For sunscreen on bare skin, I use Aveeno baby sensitive skin. SPF 50. It is all natural.

And for UV hats, I love hats by Solar Eclipse. Sold on Amazon and at Costco.

Im very photosensitive, so total coverage is a must for me. I use Columbia Sportswear PFG fishing shirts. They are the bomb. Not cheap, but unbelievable sun protection with the collar snd scalloped sleeves. And..... I’ve received countless complements on it too (nice when people don’t know I’m only wearing something so I don’t burst into flames when the sun hits me 😆😆)
