I was just diagnosed with SLE several months ago. I love being outside, but I’m extremely photosensitive. Any advice for clothing, best mineral sunscreen etc.?

I recently started using UPF clothing, got hats/sleeve gloves/gaiter/umbrella and usual clothing items from Coolibar, Uvskinz, and Sun 50 (approved by the skin cancer org). They all are pretty good. For sunscreen, I used to use Blue Lizard but slowly trying to go toward more organic zinc oxide ones. Right now, I use Thrive's and will be also trying Sun Bio Logic. I usually check out https://www.ewg.org/sunscreen/ to see which sunscreens are organic, use less chemicals, good for sensitive skin, etc.

Just protect yourself when you go in the sun.
