BTW, if you need a good immune booster, try CRUDE BLACK MOLASSES. One teaspoon once a day most of the times and one teaspoon two to three times a day during flu season and when you're not well.

The exception here is if you are taking potassium-reducing water tablets (the OLD one, not Lacix / Rydaq). Then taking molasses may let your blood pressure and glucose drop too low. Molasses is a natural multi-vitamin, mineral and anti-oxidant supplement.

Also yogurt (preferably plain or Greek) and kefir are good for you. It's also good for your gut health.

I won't advise ANY vaccine for Lupus sufferers as it can induce an anafalactic shock in them. In fact, when my both parents were diagnosed with Lupus, our WHOLE family were exempted from all vaccines. I only had 4 vaccines before that: 3 injections and the oral one. After that our whole family suffered it out thru vaccine times without getting our shots. And, I must say, our immune systems are quite strong. I haven't had flu for YEARS.

My husband’s cousin said she had no soreness from shot or negative symptoms bu a PA said he did. So I think it that the vaccine may cause different symptoms or none at all in different individuals which makes sense to me. We all have different Chemistry.

I took Moderna and had a sore arm on the first shot. After the second shot I had joint pain , headache and body ache for a day. I had swollen lymph nodes in clavicle for about a week. The Pfizer vaccine is generally causing fewer side effects. I take hydroxychloroquine 400mg a day and 125 mg Imuran a day.
