I've noticed that when I wear my sports bra or something that feels tight, I'll get friction rashes all over where the elastic has laid on my skin. I can hardly stand to wear a bra at al anymore. Does anyone have similar issues?

I buy light colored, skin colored camisoles, I buy my bras a size larger so they are not tight depending on the bra you might wear the same cup size or go down one cup size. I then put the tale of the soft camisole in my pants it’s amazing how much that helps it took me years to get the rashes, and breakouts under control so much bothers my skin my tops with labels I cut them out cover where it was with cloth tape and the rashes came less and less but don’t forget to take tape off before washing and drying I learned the hard way. It’s a little Inconvenient but for me it’s wonderful and worth it. My arms use to swell up huge, turn red and when you touched them they were extremely hot they would stay like this for weeks, hurting, burning and itching, little to no sleep. My husband would put a wrapping on my arms to hold ice packs in place I would lay in bed with arms stretched out the relief from the pain and itching was wonderful and I could get a hour or two sleep. I guess what I’m saying sometimes it’s trial and error to figure out what helps you. My doctors wanted to put me on permanent steroids, I also know the problems long term usage, unless its the only option was not for me if I could take the time to figure out what would help me. As my doctor said less is more when it comes to meds. There will probably come a time I’ll have no choice but until then I’m pro active and it’s worked for ten years I still get rashes in other places but a Benadryl will give me relief.

Same here I don't wear anything tight and absolutely no bras. I just wear loose camisoles.

No I’m not allergic to latex so I don’t like wearing bras after a while it feels so tight.
