The fatigue comes and it goes depending on what kind of flare-ups you are having or how long you have exposed yourself to direct sunlight( we are kind of like vampires)! LOL. The better you treat your body, the less you will have flare-ups and fatigue problems. Welcome to the group and you will honestly get a lot of good information here and a lot of people that truly understand and want to help you with what you are going through. Sending love your way and to everyone else out there dealing with this struggle. Keep staying positive, it definitely helps!

Fatigue is a function of disease activity, so the worse your other symptoms, the worse the fatigue.

Hopefully it will come and go. You will have good days and some really bad. When your having a bad day, just take your time and rest. Don’t push yourself cause it will make it worse

It will come and go…better when it goes! You just learn when to rest and yet try to get some kind of excercise. It’s not easy but you are not alone. Everyone here will have suggestions that work for them.
