Yes I experience hot feeling in my feet as well. I have fibromyalgia. Also neuropathy that causes warmth and tingling. Cold hands that turn color at any hint of cold. Which in my case is Raynauds. They are cousins to lupus. Fibromyalgia and Raynauds. I thought it was diabetes but thank goodness it's not! Do your feet itch on the inside? Feels like something crawling in both feet. Anyhoo...take care of yourself. Warriors!!!😊

I was dx with PAD and they say the constant pain, strange sensations, warm, burning, needle prickling etc is neuropathy. They can give you you meds for it. But the Cold purple, red, blue is considered Lupus. Nothing gets rid of it except for Gabapentin and Ropinirole.

I have this in my case it is neuropathy and I take Neurontin. The purple feet could be Sjögren’s syndrome. The twitching might be restless arm or leg. I have had all 3 of the above.
When I first began to see a rheumatologist, I wrote out all of my symptoms. I had so many varying symptoms I thought the doctor would think I’m loosing my mind. Nothing made sense to me. It is important to discuss theses with your doctor, and the doctor will know how to treat all of them.

Hi Yes my legs & feet are very hot to they are achy to also l get twitching leg syndrome it’s really a weird feeling to . There’s a lot of different symptoms that goes along with Lupus..it’s good to hear what what other people put up with & what they take .Thanks to all of you ..
