Good morning Lupie family. Anyone know what this test results mean? Do I have anemia but my Iron looks good. My iron is 59ug/dl and the normal is 50-170 range? I have to call next week hopefully they can tell me what is this mean. I included a picture of my lab results. Thank you all and Happy Blessed Sunday.

Here is what I found on internet

A low MCH value typically indicates the presence of iron deficiency anemia. Iron is important for the production of hemoglobin. Your body absorbs a small amount of iron that you eat in order to produce hemoglobin

Your mch is low so could anemia.
Check with your dr.

I take 2 irons pills a day because I became severe anemic because of the lupus. I hope keeps staying normal and all stays good.
