My ears ring really loud during this.
Do you eat coconut oil? And tablespoon a couple times a day is very helpful for that
My body hurts all the time, day and night. The pain is horrible. It is so bad it is hard to get any sleep. I don't get to sleep until early morning. I have sleep medication that allows me to get a few hours of sleep IF it overrides my pain. However, it isn't long the pain geHts me awake, especially in my legs. They hurt deep into the bones. The stabbing in my arms is horrific. My skin is extremely dry as I usually use a ton of lotion all the time to try to keep it from getting too dry. My feet get extremely dry. The pain gets worse the older I get. I didn't get to sleep until after 8:30 am and was awake at 11 am. Of course with the pain means crawling out of bed to the bathroom as pain equals pee in my world. It hurts to get there and back to crawl back in bed. After several hours of this I crawl to my recliner to try to comfortable there. It is a lift chair as the doctor wants me to get my feet and legs up. It has heat and massage. The heat feels good. Sometimes the massage feels good, other times it irritates me and makes it worse. It is hard to cope when I hurt this pad and I am this tired. I seldom have any energy at all. I have many autoimmune diseases. I have had strokes. I am on blood thinner. I have a bad mitral valve which will need replaced when it is time. But my body is not able to do things. It is less and less the older I get. The doctors do not have answers. I have not been able to work the last 9 years. I am 66 1/2 years old. I take it a day at a time, sometimes an hour at a time. I do have a very supportive husband thank goodness. He has his share of medical issues. Between us we get a little bit done each day. We did get a few groceries in yesterday before the snow that started several hours ago today. Hugs and prayers to all who are suffering with this. God bless.
Eucerin works for dry skin.
@A MyLupusTeam Member @A MyLupusTeam Member it’s so good to hear others tout the helpfulness of ingesting coconut oil. Henry I didn’t know it came in capsules! I take it for night sweats (Babesia) but it also helped arthritis pain in feet.
@A MyLupusTeam Member have you tried diabetic lotion? My skin comes off in layers on my hands & bottom of my feet. I don’t know if it has anything to do w/ lupus. But it really helps me.
