It’s getting to where I want to cover up my arms with sleeves all the time. I’ve heard this can happen with lupus? Or maybe it’s from medication‘s? I also get this on my arms and legs. My Dr ordered an ANCA lab test for Vasculitis. Have yet to get lab done.

I get them slot. Mostly on my legs and hands. Doctor told me that the walls of my capillaries have been weakened due to the autoimmune process of lupus... I was getting them before any medication. Usually start with itching and small red bump then bruising.

I have not yet had that test either. I usually only get them on my forearms But the little red pin prick blood spots I can get anywhere. I’ll have to keep that test in mind, thank you

Thank you Kimberley! I have been getting them on my arms also for a long time before any medication. I also get these all pin prick blood red spots in different spots as well like my legs my chest and other areas of my arms. Mine do not itch though and they don’t start with a bump. Anything minor that I do to my arms causes under the skin bleeding and reddish purpleish blotches
