Don't mean to discourage but my problems with many cavities is Sjogren's Syndrome. Already had extractions with more to follow. Dry mouth, throat and eyes too. No real tests, Dr. has to go by symptoms. I do not absorb vitamins and minerals due to Gastropheresis, makes matters worse. Dr. can test you for Vitamin levels. Ask about this soon. Yes I had to get dentures 5-6 years ago. I hate them everyday.

I just had lab, but didn't test for vitamins. Teeth are gone. So far no one said I had sjogrens...kkc

Yes I have experienced tooth decay and loose with these diseases. Currently need finances for implants or denture. My lower back bridges were gold and I have notice decline in health status since they were removed. I had tens of thousands of dollars in teeth now all are gone except 7 on bottom in front that are decaying. Has definitely change my eating habits, some things I miss very badly 😢.

I had a tooth that was supposed to a crown, but the weekend before a couple chunks oc the molar broke off while i was flossing... But i had to wait to get it extracted, dentist wanted to shore up its neighbors first. But now there's the annoying gap, and learning to chew on the left side of mouth...

And having to be careful taking meds that a pill doesn't take refuge in the gap....
