Does anyone have same or closer of BUN value of 6.5 is that concerning number for being low ? and my Bun/creatinine ratio is 10.84? are these numbers are low? should I be concern? I will call my doctor when I get back Florida but I remember she mentioned to me before its not a big deal number. I don't know if its good or bad. I know when it's high is a concerning number. Glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is an important lab value in determining kidney involvement/failure. It should be 60 or higher under 60 may indicate kidney involvement under 15 kidney failure.

CherylAnnWhite, none of my doctors consult with each other none of them even know what the other ones doing or how they’re treating me. I’m looking for a team of doctors or see if I can still go to (Johns Hopkins) they have a center just for lupus!…💜💜💜xx
I am not sure but I think that is backwards because when mine got to high 50s I was sent to nephrologist who now consults with my PCP with my lab etc...kkc
