Good Morning every one I will like to ask how much hydrochloroquine do you take per your weight? I thought they usually do by weight? Do you all take the full two tablets of hydrochloroquine if your inflammation or lupus is sleeping and calm? I know not all of us are taking hydrocholorquine but just need to know how others take their lupus medicine. Thank you all

As far as I know from my Doctor 200 mg 2x daily is the usual dose. They don't recommend anything more. That is what I take .Its been about 10 months now. I have a yearly eye test done also. As it can effect your vision sometimes. I take it all the time

I weigh 130, when I started out I took 2 a day ( skip
Weekends) it caused me bad stomach upset. I asked the dr if I could do 1 1/2 per day, every day and it totally made the difference! I take it after dinner as well.
Hope that helps! I’m not any other lupus meds besides taking double strength naproxen for pain and inflammation.. 😊
