Has anyone tried different diets for help? I was on adapt a life Keto for a year. I felt awesome. But Its boring to stick to. Just read Goodbye Lupas by Dr Brooke Goldner. Says she cured it with the Vegan diet. Any thought? Has anything help anyone?

I have a long time ago. I eat primarily a vegan diet occasionally I will have chicken and once a year I might enjoy a burger. I don’t eat any fast foods, fried foods, I don’t drink at all either. If you check out vegan recipes you can make some pretty hearty meals. I think eating right is a great start. The body and mind are connected meaning eating a good healthy diet, taking care of you emotional issues, and adding more calm moments such as meditation in your life.

I haven't tried any of them. I do try to stay away from night shade vegetables, but I love my jalapeños!! Hope you find something that works for you 🙂 😊
