I am no longer on MTX. I had the mouth issue when on MTX and folic acid solved the problem, mostly.

I take scrip folic acid for mouth sores.

I take Folic Acid as well and it helps my mout rawness a lot. 🤗❤️

I have been experiencing the same thing. I am currently on folic acid to help with hair loss from methotrexate. So, not sure if my tongue would be worse if i wasnt on folic acid.
