If a rheumatologist diagnosed you with lupus, and you at one time had antibodies, but do not at this time does that mean you no longer have lupus?

My labs went normal after going plant based. My dad, who has Crohn’s disease, said “I hear you lost you lupus. I bet if you stop doing what you’re doing you’ll find it again.” I think of that every time I’m losing motivation to stick with healthy lifestyle choices.

No it doesn't. It could mean you are in remission. But Lupus is a sneaky disorder and can come back at any time and sometimes with a vengeance. If you are feeling good take advantage of your good fortune! I hope you are feeling well.
