Mild Water Aerobics. My joints don't feel a thing.🀩 It hurt outside the water for the first 4-5 sessions but now I go 3x a week for 1hr and my balance and joints feel some better. Now if only it could fix the cognitive issues too!!πŸ™ƒ

I do 5 lb weights with my arms, and also I walk up and down my 2 story staircase (19 stairs) at least 4 times a day. No running anymore, as at age 73 (almost 74), my knees don't need to give out now! 😊

Many free online programs that you can try out, you can choose which challenge you think fits best there are so many I’m doing the grow a booty 2022 challenge a few years back I did the 2 week shred challenge I freaking loved it ..any way if you join the discord you can find a team to do the challenges with its so great o had started doing the challenge alone but then I found out about joining a team and I ended up restarting .. I’m so very glad. I joined the team it’s day 9 started week 2 today I’m so happy and proud of myself. I love it ..
