If you take Plaquenil, remember to get your eyes tested

I was only Plaquenil. Started having eye issues, I go to eye doctor every 3 months, had to stop. I have had dry eyes and use Restasis and saline drops as needed. My tear ducts are currently blocked, 😢 😭 so my eyes water badly when outside, looks like I am crying. Most definitely stay on top of your eye health, we only get one set! Be well

I should have said "artificial tears," since most of us have dry eyes.

Remembering to blink a lot when reading or watching a screen helps a lot with the blurriness that occurs from dry eyes. They dry out more when we forget to blink and use tears, which I have to remind myself to do. Great advice from everyone above!

I have to wear reading glasses. I get a yearly eye check.
