I sometimes notice this in the fingers.

Sometimes, especially on lower legs and back or shoulders.

I have Raynaud's Syndrome in addition to SLE so I have had occasional numbness in fingers and toes for years. However, since being diagnosed with SLE I have noticed it is worse and my finger has turned completely blue with extreme tingling. I see my Dr next week and am going to ask him about it.

I sometimes get tingling and numbness in my finger with out a rash.
