Hi Yvette, I used to get nose bleeds a lot when I was a kid, the only thing that worked for me was putting Polysporin up my nostrils. Feels gross but it worked for me.

Dry air can contribute to nosebleeds, so you may want to use a humidifier if your air is dry in your area. The wildfire smoke may contribute, as I see you're in Canada. Please get checked out by your doc!

I have had recent nose bleeds. Some were pretty severe and I went to emergency but no real reason given after CT scan was clear.
