I have had struggles with my kidneys in the past (AKI that was suspected to be due to lupus), as well as interstitial cystitis and chronic UTI's (all in addition to lupus). However, for the last 2 weeks I have had a very strong and very horrible ammonia smell in my urine that i have never experienced before. When you have lupus uti s are common. Also kidney stones. Get tested do you can get some antibiotic before it turns into a kidney disease

I have just come out of 2 bouts. So frustrating and exhausting.

I had UTI the last four weeks.it was terrible.
I had a UTI recently and that ammonia smell. I would go to urgent care to see if it's a UTI
