Sounds like you have poor circulation. Try taking a niacin for warmth. Ask your Dr for solution. Does it help when you put your hands in hot water?

I have sweet often just Radom however almost every night I have night sweats.
Yes my blood in my feet and legs feel hot and I can feel it rushes with is heart beat. Sometimes this happens with my arms as well. Most times it alerts me to a flare starting.
I as well have my feet and hands turn colors at times of flares

I have Raynauds only in my feet. Even in FL my toes are usually purple they’re so cold. But then I have something called Mitchell’s disease that when the blood flows too quickly to my toes to warm them up they turn bright red and feel like they’re in fire. But to touch they feel normal. Not sure if it’s the same thing you’re feeling since it’s really not sweating.
