@A MyLupusTeam Member I keep a notepad and pen in every room in my house. If I am not at home I text myself. It might sound crazy but it really helps.

I use a calendar book and write all my appointments in it and and notes I need to remember and I take it with me everywhere. It's small, and fits in my bag. I have a white board in my kitchen where I can write lists of things we need at the store. I have pill containers with different colors for night and day so I don't get confused. I set my pulls up for two weeks at a time. My wife and I do our pills together to make it easier for me if I am having to much brain fog. My wife built me a cubby on the back of my kitchen island to help me stay organized with bills and important things. Technology makes things more difficult for me so I use the old fashioned methods of paper and pen.
Also, my wife and I use the spoon theory with literal wooden spoons on my cubby so I can place my spoons when used in one cup and my unused ones in the other so when she gets home from work or anything she knows how much energy I have physically, mentally, brain fog you name it and she can understand I have nothing left in my tank and she can just say what can I do to make things easier. She does the dishes and all that but sometimes there might be something else that she doesn't even realize I might need help with. My word salad is often bad at night so if I think of something during the day I write it down. That's how I do it.

I definitely use Google calendar and as things or questions arise, I put them in beside my Dr appts on the calendar, so I remember what I want to talk about when that appt comes. I also add things on the calendar when I need to make calls or do certain errands and then erase them as I do them. Also, injections and even trash day.
I also use the Keep Notes app. It's like different post it notes you can keep and I've used it for years. I have one with all my Drs. and you can keep some in archive which is secret, which I have all my passwords. Which of course, we have trouble remembering. 🙄
A new one that I've been using is Medisafe, you can put medicines in and it alerts you when it's time. I use it for injections because I have 10 a month.

I use Alexa, ALot! On my watch phone and devices at home. Lol I cannot remember everything like I used too. But writing in a journal took some getting used to tracking thinks like blood pressure and symptoms to help with conversations with different doctors.
